4. Amit Shah Launched "Prahari app" of the Border Security Force in New Delhi.
   Significance - The Prahari App will enable jawans to access personal information and information related to accommodation, Ayushmann-CAPF, and leaves on their mobile.

5. IAF Successfully Tested BrahMos Missile with 400 km Range from Sukhoi Plane
   Indian Air Force successfully tested the extended range version of the Brahmos Air launched missile against the ship Target in the Bay of Bengal from the SU-30 MKI fighter jet. The test was carried out on 29th December 2022.
   
   
6. Lokayukta Bill 2022: Maharashtra became the first state in the country to pass the Lokayukta Bill
   About the bill : -
   1. According to the Bill, the Lokayukta will have to seek the approval of the assembly before initiating any inquiry against the chief minister and bringing a motion befire the session of the house.
   2. According to the provisions of the bill such a proposal would require the approval of at least two-thirds of the total members of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.
   3. The Bill also states that the lokayukta will not investigate cases involving allegations of corruption against the Chief Minister, which are related to internal security or public order.
